Description of the App

Cheqin is a mood tracking application that allows you to log daily check-ins and track your emotional well-being over time. All data is stored locally on your device.

Use of the App

You agree to use Cheqin only for its intended purpose as a personal mood tracking tool. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

User Data and Privacy

Your mood entries and personal data are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or have access to your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle information.

Analytics

The App may use Apple's built-in analytics to collect anonymous crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. This data is anonymous and cannot identify you personally. You may opt out through your device settings.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and other materials in Cheqin are owned by Rahul Rana and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Cheqin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The App is intended for general wellness tracking and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rahul Rana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or emotional distress.

Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, Rahul Rana is not responsible for any data loss resulting from device malfunction, app deletion, operating system updates, or any other cause. We recommend maintaining regular device backups.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using Cheqin at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
